NP Annual Pass

Does anyone happen to know if you can buy the pass at the AF Gate? Not the AF pass, the whole deal pass. I usually buy it every year at Canyonlands but I had an angry individual with me on my last trip so it didn't work out.

Usually, sometimes they'll send you to the cave NP office if they don't have them at the entry station.
