I have a 95 cherokee that the linkage on the t case is all messed up and bent. I have to get underneath and do it manually in order for it to work haha! any ideas would be helpful thanks!
Works friggin' great!! Very smooth and precise compare to the sloppy stock linkage.
On one setup I did get an arm from a late 80's s-10 blazer. Worked perfect. On another one I cut the factory arm in half and welded it back together in the configuration I needed. Either way, easy mod.
Mine kept pulling out of the bushing side so I just built a spacer to keep it from having the slop and pulling out. Over a year now with no issues and only took me about 20 minutes
In the past I tryed a few diffrent fixes for the shifter binding Then I won the SK2X from Novak http://www.novak-adapt.com/catalog/shifters/sk2x.htm it works well but it does transfer the gear sound from the tranny and or the t case. Last spring I pushed and then with a few late nights proto typed the cabel version it re uses the stock leaver in side and really does not care were the tranny/tcase end up or if they move during use it just works take about a hour to install http://www.novak-adapt.com/catalog/shifters/sk2xc.htm and since there is now a cabel between the case and the lever there is no gear sound transmited. from the inside it looks like the stock setup but it work better then the stock one ever could
