Looks like a press release straight from SUWA.

Only one person from Utah has even responded, and that from someone in Moab who sounds more like a person involved with SUWA. The last response (#42) is at least what we need to see more of. She brought up what here Jeep club does to take care of the land and asks people for more sensible talks.
