So is there any other proof of this besides some local news column written by a VP of a plastics company. That news is about a week old so it's had time to circulate. One would think if Obama was giving Mexico US gun records, it would be all over the news; I could only find this thread and that article using google.
I'm not saying it isn't true, but hard to believe because of the content and the fact that it isn't published anywhere else.

The majority of US is more interested in what Paris Hilton is having for breakfast. Most news sources have followed suit.

Date on the article referenced in original post is dated 08/24/2009. Sorry, a week and a half.
Any specific date you are referencing? I did a ctrl f for mexico and didn't see anything besides an article about gun shops selling guns illegally.
That link has the least to do with the orignal article the rest of the ones you posted. :-\
That link says nothing about Obama giving US gun records to Mexico. In fact the only Obama reference in that article is about him offering to send x-ray machines and dogs to help search cars.
Did you even read those links? I'm not talking about Obama's gun control stuff, that's a different subject. I refering to Obama giving Mexico US gun records. I doubt I'll get a response but I emailed the author of that story for more info.
I'm not trying to be difficult here, but I am so sick of "on no look at what [insert any presidents name] is doing..." which turns out 90% of the claims are completely false.
It's getting to the point of why even bother with the news. It seems like half of it is just made up on the spot to get more viewers and why people should do research first before claiming the sky is falling.
Now news like chuck vs the devil I'd be more interested in.
yes most of them are build up items to this not the exact story. I am not saying that it is 100% correct and I haven't been able to find confirmation (the main article in reference but it is in character I should have stated more clearly ( I was in a hurry and high on mineral spirits at the time, I will attempt to not post when high and in a hurry in the future HEHE))
This has always been the case and always feels like it is more often when your side is the one getting the hard knocks

Treason in my opinion... Not only does he accept responsibility for the deaths of Mexican's for me (as a gun owner, I'm apparently responsible, right?), he also gave them my name, address and etc. Along with everyone elses info. What better way to call everyone out so if Mexico wanted to, they could just go around and round people up or put them in danger.
The government's job is to protect the people, not fund programs and other bullshit. Calling us out is not a way to protect us...
