I've got a friend with a ranch up by stryker, whitefish, and kalispell. Has anyone here done any offroading up there? Or, can anyone point me to a forum with participants from that area?

I grew up in Missoula and have been wanting to take the jeep up there for a long time, but have never been able to justify it. I've been told you won't find any 5 rated trails, but there are a lot of logging roads. Contact dirt rider on jeepforum, I think he's out of Kalispell... I know zukeypr (I think that's his screen name on here) has done some wheeling up there and could tell you where to go

We used to go to Snowbowl every year for the Gelande jumps. What a great party town. I remember a bar called the Barking Rhino or something like that. Great town.

Tilt-a-whirl, Relativety, Pinball wizzard to name a few. Pretty darn near buggy only, but they are all on 400 acres of a buddy of mine's private property adjacent to Glacier National Park. I got the magic key but I will not be up there for another few more months and there is no access without the key, it's a foretress. There's some great trails just east of Bozeman that they run "The Divide Ride" on every July. The Montana 4wd association is who puts on the event. Good luck though trying to get them to return a call or email.

Ive got a cabin on Northfork road right outside Glacier and a few miles from the canadian border. IVe never been able to find any good wheelin up there. But its so over run with hippies that id probably get rocks thrown at me if they saw it.
