Ok, this is 1978. I know, I know, most of you weren't even born yet! I was 19 and it was my first green Jeep. I loved it so much... and the love just keeps going strong. *sniff*

Heres some from 1976

I had a 78 Chev short bed pickup in the early 80's but no pics of it.
When I got through with it it had stripped hubs, broken front driveline, frame cracks in 4 places lots of big dents. That was a fun year.

My how things evolve. First pic is El Paso TX 2002, last one is 2009 at miller motorsports pkwy, gave my dad a ride over the rocks and he loved it!

Bought my 95 YJ in 1998 in Germany and put some rough country (RC) springs and lock right lockers in the stock axles on 33' Remington Mud Brutes (possibly the worst tire ever). Stock Tcase but made sand dune running somewhat okay with the 4banger. Crappy RC springs and lift kit that had no flex and the springs were trashed and flat by 2003.
