Official Packing for a week on the trail - Overview

Our 8 day trip wasnt too bad. Basically we just packed more clothes and food.
On the food part. We drove down empty and waited till the last town to get food. Only got enough for a few days while between destinations. Helped alot .

Ha! Just found this thread again. Reading through my own stuff is handy enough. Love every one else’s opinions as well. Trying to pack a "YJ" for three again. Same destination. Likely the same solution as it worked awesome, just looked Clampetish

Here's all my gear for a 3 day moto-camping trip.
I'm a minimalist.
1 yellow stuff bag is for clothes, tent, Kylmit insulated sleeping pad & pillow (this is key to cutting down pack size) and stove. and 1 is for my small North Face sleeping bag. Food and utensils goes in a third yellow stuff bag and those 3 fit in my giant loop. I carried 10L of water, small tool set & blue folding mat (instead of chair) in the large saddle bag. Toiletries and camera gear/ electronics charger, headlamp & small led flashlight in the small (exhaust pipe side) saddlebag
and 3-4L more water in a Camelback/bumbag
