My daughter is on the carrier George Washington. These are the latest pictures from the joint maneuvers with Japan. I thought they were pretty cool. That is a submarine leading the pack.

That is very cool that they stay in such a tight formation. Very cool, and very scary for whoever might be on the receiving end of that attack. I bet that group of floaties could level a small country.

I hope brett makes a 1:8 scale replica of this formation in his bathroom.

Maybe if I used Steiner's pool for it......

Very cool shots, glad she's serving! Is this part of RIMPAC?

Great pictures. What is her rate? I personally don't believe women should be in combat situations but a carrier would be good duty and I wish her well. You must be a very proud father.

My Grand Daughter just enlisted in the Navy. She has not been called up for basic yet, but I hope she gets to do something cool like your daughter has. Thanks for sharing.

The hottest thing in Afghanistan is the all women teams out on the front line... seems the USA figured if they put women out in the front it would show the women of that country that they can do whatever they want and they are revolting against the rebels.... I somewhat read the article on Yahoo the other day that talked about this...

Be very proud of your daughter and let her know she has a ton of people back here proud of her!!! My daughter in law will be joining the Army in Feb as an aviator if her test scores are high enough...
