They have Spray Painted the rims black, and it appears the trailer lights are not working. my ramps are still on the trailer.

They (Millcreek precinct) haven't forwarded it to West Valley PD yet, but I assume they are.

Ya I was going to say, "don't go banging down this person's door yet, it may be stolen," however the officer made no indication that it was a stolen vehicle.

It brightens my hopes to see someone stupid enough to tow it without hooking up the lights and and having no plate.
Hopefully they will be pulled over just because that is illegal.
