So I went to the Poison Concert last night! IT WAS AWESOME!! Did any of you manage to make it out there? I have never seen so mant mullets in one place at one time in my life..haha it was funny. I also saw a woman in 4 inch stilleto heels with a walking cane...hahaha ODD!! we had lawn seats and my girl Sawndra and I managed to weasle our way throught 7 ticket guards and got right up to the mosh pit!! SKILLZ I TELL YA. I have pics coming to me from my friend so I will post some up when I get a chance.

Ok this first one is the lawn seats were we were at.

Hahaha!! if I would have went, I would've had to buy a wig of a permed mullet like I had in 1987:cool:

I could swear I heard a radio ad for this concert just yesterday... sounds like I missed it.

I saw Poison many moons ago... I think they were with Quiet Riot and Ted Nugent? I'm not really into BUTT rock, but it was still a great time.

We brought Quiet Riot and Skid Row to the U two years ago. It was an awesome show. I drove Quite Riot around town while they were here and it was cool, but disappointing as well. I was expecting booze and frizzy haired groupies, but no. They wanted to know where the best vegetarian/vegan restaurants were and to go see Temple Square. I guess they mellowed in their old age.

I went to the one they did last year/2 years ago:confused:... something like that. I liked it, but thats just cause I like the music... The concert was a 4-5 at best. I went to the concert that Motley Crue had at the same venue... 10000 times better. Those dudes know how to put on a concert!
Poison's show when I went was pretty ok, but nothing beats the Crue singing "Girls, Girls, Girls" and 300 girls flash you! Choppers, flying drummer and stripper/acrobats... oh ya:D!
