I did it my first trip ever to Moab in a stock TJ with 31s and open diffs. Yes, the bumpers got some rash on the bottom of the but thats all in the adventure. The fun ends after you get on top. Go for it.

I would only worry about the part of it being the husbands truck. At least when I end up with battle scars on Monty, I can justify it to my wife that it is my rig and I bought it to use off road as well as commute.

PSM was the first real taste of wheelin I ever had. I took a bone stock 81 toyota pickup with 33 inch tires and no lift or lockers with no problems whatsoever. It's a toyota dude, Just go have fun.

I took my stock explorer 30x9.50 and my friends single cab toyota with the same tires on it. I dragged my frame a few times but no body damage. Plus explorers have like 8 inch of ground clearance. So a toyota should be golden.

I'm not at all worried about that. Her husband knows that if there is any available craziness around the two of us, we'll find it. His question is more towards is PSM passable or is body damage pretty much a for sure thing. Lemon Joy's beautiful face is well known around town so it's a given that we are not reliable sources on how to not get body damage.

I'd say def. passable with 0 damage... like everyone said maybe a few scratches on the skidplate but thats why I invented rustoleum.
