Hey everyone! Quick question. My rubber bushings are shot in the CJ5's springs and shackles, looking into upgrades. From what i read on the internet, polyurethane bushings tend to squeak and are a firmer ride and possibly restrict travel. What experiences have you had with poly bushings? The CJ5 is already rides pretty rough with 4"lift. Of course poly is cheaper too. Thanks for any input!

nothing will last long if you have the typical oil leaks! poly dose tend to squeak but grease will help . so will bolts with lock nuts so you can adjust tention on the bushings. also grease the sleeve on poly when you install it engine assemblt grease works good and lasts a long time.

I use poly on my cj7 as well... get the bolts that have a grease fitting on them... then you can grease them all the time...
