All types of circular saws and air nailers are my best friends.

They make noise and sawdust so Debbie want's me to hold off on the rest of the siding for the front porch until after she's done painting

But next weekend will probably be hotter.

She thinks she needs to paint each piece after it's cut and before I put it up so for the first two pieces it's been four hours and I'm waiting for her to paint the third piece now.

Might as well tell her to paint them all before you ever even cut them. That should keep her busy for awhile.

No, I need to cut them one at a time and let her paint it then nail it up so she can make sure it looks right.

She has now noticed that she will have to paint over the nails I am using. "Why don't I get some nails that don't show up so much".

I started out yesterday thinking I would have them all cut and nailed up in about two hours but now it's going to be a two weekend job.

After 25 years I should have known what to expect. :-\
