I just (tried to) watched his news conference this morning. I wonder if that guy knows how much of a bumbling fool he sounds like?

The guy sounds like his seven personalities are trying to talk all at the same time.

What an idiot! :ugh:

For some reason I agree with this... :hickey:

So who do you think it will come down to next?

I just want someone that can actually make a solid decision and live with the consequences. I really liked how Guilianni handled the 2001 crisis. He seemed pretty 'presidential' under a pretty dark hour. I have no idea of his stand on the issues or if he's demo/repu/independant, but he seems like he has the 'character' required.

The professional politicians (Hillary, any of the 40 senators considering a run, and I don't think Mitt Romney has a chance in he!! of winning--and I don't know where I stand with him anyway--he seems to 'waffle' a little more than I like) are NOT what we need. We need someone with some balls to get us out of Iraq with grace and honor (I don't know the solution and don't think we even know the real scope of the problems), leaving the Iraqis better than it was when we went in there and able to run the place themselves. There's also some little immigration issues that have popped up that need to be resolved (finally) and a few hundred other things.

Just checked that out: I'd love to see Guiliani vs. Obama (again, I don't know platforms and whatnot), that could be a good election.

I just wish he would answer the questions instead of fumbling around with random words and repetition.

I still agree to this day that Bush was definitely the lesser of two evils. There are several issues that I strongly disagree with him on though (immigration being one).

I'd like to see Guiliani next. I think most the others (especially Dems) are trying to just take advantage of the fact that it's almost guaranteed a Dem will win this next time round. I've not seen any of them that deserve to be our Commander in Chief. Hillary is a disgrace to our country, Obama..nah he's a flip-flopper just like Kerry, Edwards...need I say more , Romney not nearly enough experience (yeah, so he did a great job with the Olympics, but there's a HUGE difference between the Olympics and an entire country).

If I were in Bush's shoes right now I wouldn't give a crap what people thought of me..hell, I would go to press conferences in shorts and flip flops. His speaking skills have never been that great, I know coma patients with more clarity and eloquence than Bush but he was the lesser of three evils so hey...lets PARTY!
