Have not made a update lately...

Few weeks ago I took the bronco to a buddy's shop and was hoping to finish it, but that didn't happen...

Got the doubler installed and all the 205 parts on the 205 and mounted it up also.

But I need to re due the trans cross member and need to come up with a tcase mount.
I got a mount that can hang off the back of the 205 or clamp around the strong box.

My other problem i ran into is my tcase hanging a on the low side, and the front out put is pointing up, so might make my driveshaft bind up cus I have so much down travel..

So I'm going to lift up the drive train till it almost hits the floor for a little better angle.

So I have been waiting on my shifters so I can make sure the tranny will not hit them and they finally came today!

And sense ches got a new back seat with his sponsorship, I got his old one and its a perfect fit, no leg room but good enough for a single passenger or a car seat one day. Lol

When we first put the 205 on and went to clock it up,it hit my lower link mount. Just going to push the drivetrain over to clear it.

Hope to get it back over to Jeff's shop sometime to wrap it up.

Just need to make the crossmember's, shorten driveshafts, install shifters&cutting brake, and might make a mount for my shifter.

Well, I was fiddling with my shifters last night and pretty much need to cut a huge hole out of my trans tunnel and build a mount and patch in the floor for the cable supports, there so long they hit the floor and need to bend one of the shifters cus it will be pointed into my leg.

And will half to build a mount for the trans shifter and modify a few brackets of his. They should be fine but I'm just being paranoid with strength.

Was really hoping this would go smoother but nothing has with this build lol %)

When you get into custom builds nothing is easy. If it was easy then everyone would do it. The further you stray from stock the harder everything becomes. Just stick with it and you will have your rig out wheeling before you know it.

If you require a project that is easy I have a power wagon that could use your talents. Lol.

I'm planning on working on it.
The sooner it's done the sooner the bronco can take its place lol

cinda the plain is for me to do all the tedious stuff Ches can't stand and he'll do all the stuff I'm not as good at. So between the two it should start making some headway.

As long as John Cappa doesn't rig the votes again.

I would like to go to ITTC, I probably could get it ready in time but I'm pretty sure my truck would die pulling it that far.

Few updates.

Bronco has just been sitting waiting for me to ether get the tools I need or find a place to work on it...

But felt bad mooching off of friends to build my crap so saved up some money for tools.
Got a compressor and welder and wired the garage up, so now I can start to finish this thing!

I need to pretty much cutout my floor tunnel for all my shifters but not sure how to go about it...

Also traded my steel doors for some fiberglass door shells, they need a lot of work but I feel a lot better smashing these then my steel ones...

Also redoing my exhaust, a friend told me my crappy exhaust might be the cause of my EFI problem, so figure ill give it a shot and get a better exhaust setup too.

Need to cut off about 1/2" of the door just for it to miss the body..

These headers are off a fox body mustang..the right side needed a lot of work to clear my shock hoop....TIGHT FIT!

That day is long over due.

trying to decide if I should cut out my floor to lift up my Tcase.

it hangs down a little past the link mounts and the yoke output is pointing up a little bit..
But I don't really want too and worried I won't have enough room between my tranny and shifters.

I have a similar problem with my blazer, got a lot worse once I clocked up my transfer case and had the output up higher, I ended up having to cut and turn the C's on my dana 44 so that I could get it to all work with the cv on the front driveline. Now that I am getting ready to put in my dana 60, I would rather fix it at the transfer case but I would have to cut out my whole tunnel in order to make it all work, way to lazy for that.

Looks good though, I bet its a lot nicer being able to have it sitting in the garage and being able to work on it. Jealous of the shifters.

Well bart&brandon..

I took your advice and cut out my floor.

Front drive shaft is good but now the rear is pretty steep..might look into a HP dana60 even..

Started fabing up my floor and shifter mounts....its not turning out how I wanted but I don't have much of a choice with my cable mounts being so fricking long!

And ill half to change it up when I can afford to get a winters shifter, then it will be a lot better layed out.

But I really need this thing done for bronco safari and I need $1600 to finish the bronco and go...so I need to just run what I got for now..

I was wondering what happened to this build. Good to see you are still working on it. I had to show your build thread to a friend of mine at work. He is a bronco lover as well.
