I can't confirm or not as I couldn't make it down this year. I don't see any reason as to why they wouldn't have been there like before. Last year they were at the top with trash bins at the bottom. The BLM / Sheriffs office coordinates the dumpster and potties, we just help pay for them with the donations. Also - they might not have appeared until closer to the weekend when it gets worse over there.

I was out at PSH Wednesday morning and they weren't there, I was stuck at the arena Thurs and Fri so I didn't get out during the busy days.
