PSH dumpsters - donations are short

I already had a thread about the port-a-pottie invoice being short and we were able to collect to pay the invoice in full. :greg:

Today I recieved the second invoice for the dumpsters. It is attached below.

Here is the overall summary:

+ $1,775.26 (collected as of 11 May)
- $1,696.94 (paid to toilets)
- $450.00 (dumpsters)

$371.68 *the ammount we are short*


Notice that the dumpster invoice covers 3 locations. In the past we have been able to cover the entire cost. Technically these invoices come into the Grand County Sherrifs office and they forward them on to me to pay. I have already notified the Sherrifs office that we may not be able to come up with the full ammount and they aggreed to cover what we don't, however it would be a great show of support to those who help keep PSH open if we could swing the next $371.68!

It has been a good day. I have not double checked my math yet, but it looks like we are $237.24 away from paying the final invoice in full.

Bump - I need to either get the invoice paid soon or communciate back to the Sherrifs office the ammount we are able to cover. Here is a chance to make a difference.

Very cool from the U4!

My take on this now is that any donation from the RME group will now directly save money out of U4's pocket. so one more push for donations! But here is where we currently stand

+ $1,928.82 (collected as of 17 May - 10:00 AM)
