I find that picture kind of humorous.

The expression on the sperson in the car is priceless, and X'd out eyes make anythign funny.

Serves him right for being an idiot. First of all the cage should be strapped down, second you are supposed to rig up a pully and rope to open the cage door from the cab.

When i was in Alaska, there was a grizzly getting too familiar with homes, and pets. The State Trooper came out, killed it with his shotgun. Right there with probably 50 people watching, right in the middle of the street. Interesting thing is, locals can put their name on a list to carve up animals killed by authorities so that the meat doesn't go to waste. So, out came some knife wielding locals hungry for bear meat.

That looks like vandalism to me. Looks like someone tried to spray paint out the butt of the firearm, and the paint ran... but thats just me. I suck at painting and have some experience with runs...

I know in Northern VT and New Hampshire you can apply for the same thing. They mostly cut up moose that have been hit by a car...

If they'd painted it right, it'd then look like the officer is holding his uh... night stick
