PVC Patch mfg or resource

I have some ideas for pvc patches that I'd like to have made. Anybody know a good source to go through or have a recommendation (preferably a place you have experience with)

Oh my bad, I missed that important detail. They are embroidered. Probably worth looking into them anyway

Try UWI embroidery in Midvale (8600so. 244w.)
They do some of the police uniforms and etc.
There is a cost to digitize images. Depending on how many people are going in on it will make it worth it or not.
