Removing a Leaf...

I was wondering if Removing a Leaf out of My leaf pack would help lower it a bit and maybe let it Flex a bit more? Without being dangerous...

I have 2" BDS springs with four leafs as of now...

I am currently Sitting at 24" the legal limit running 33" tires on a YJ but have Plenty of room to go to 37" or bigger... I will Probably up to just 35" simply cause I run a 2.5 liter and would like to keep it Street Legal as well as be able to drive freeway somewhat...

how many leafs are in the pack?

it will soften it up a bit if you take a leaf out.

and isn't the legal limit for you 24".

He posted that it had 4 leafs.
Depending on the weight of the rig, 22" or 24".

I must of missed the 4 leafs part :-\

I thought the lift limits were 24", 26" and then 28".

never heard of the 22" one

For less than 100" I am pretty sure that it is 24". That's the legal limit on my samurai, and you can't get much lighter than that.

my old leaf setup was way too stiff in my xj so i took a leaf out of the front 4" yj packs and a leaf out of the 8" skyjacker leafs and it flexes!!!! i inboarded the rear too and this setup has really impressed me so far... the rear leaves are so arched because of so much lift but they still flex like mad!!
