repairing car paint

Looking for a good place or person to take my tahoe to have the paint cut and polished. It's black and the paint is in ok shape it has no cracking or peeling,fading etc. its just got scratches and swirl marks that i want gone. I have tried waxing and it doesn't do the job to well. It needs A good cut, polish, and wax to make it look like new again. If you could recommend a good person or place to take it to in Utah county that would be great.
