Highjack away. The original topic has run it's course, with unfortunately little results. Kids/parents behaving badly in public is a good discussion to have. ;)

I have a brother with 3 boys 5, 1, 1 (twins) so I understand it's hard to ask a 2 year old to act 18. I was merely making a shot at a lifestyle that I neither agree with nor can fully understand--that is getting married super young and banging out kids every 9 months and 3 days.

There is a tail that a good friend of mine likes to tell.
When he was in elementary school there was a kid in his grade who was in the bottom half of 18 children! His mother was pregnant every year, expect for one year. But she had twins the next year to make up for it
They referred to her as "The Breeder". I think she finally stopped somewhere around 25.

To be fair, my uncle only has 9 natural. As if 9 is considered a small number. the rest are adopted.

you can say kids will be kids...but you still have to teach them, and letting them run around and raise he!! dont do the kids or anybody else around any good....and then they grow up and do what they learned when they was younger, and that is run around and be out of control..me and my wife has raised 4 kids and we disciplined them and they all turned out good..:)

We have 4 kids 13, 4.5, 3.5, 1.5 and I was 29 for my first, so we very seldom go out to eat, but when we do it has to be better than we have at home and thats hard to beat. No playgrounds for us, it's all about the food, wine and atmosphere. We control our kids the best we can which is very well and have never had a problem. We do leave one heck of a mess though when were done.
