Yeah, it's impressive.......... It does have a 15 day return policy, but it's one of three Nokias Verizon sells. I've got enough accessories for Nokia for a small business (car chargers, headsets, home chargers, etc.), so I'd like to keep that investment. The wireless phone industry is just as corrupt and fawked as the rest of the communications industry. They (insert any wireless provider name here) just want me to be a sheep and buy every accessory for the new phone. It's all about the $$$.........
(all I want is a 'normal' ringtone that doesn't totally offend me....... There's not one that's not an UBERGAY MIDI interpretation of a song or something. Frankly, I'd be pretty embarrassed to have any of the 100 or so ringtones I've listened to in a meeting or something. It seems like such a stupid thing to be annoyed about. I don't have a comment on the service of Verizon. It seems fine and most of the people that I've talked too {except some snotty punk at the 800 number that probably lost his job after my call} have been pretty easy to work with and tried to help me.)
