Come on guys

We are currently in first place, but looking at the stack of forms I just got in the mail and the business members they just signed up..... Utah 4x4 Club is going to kick our asses if more of you don't sign up! 5 MORE DAYS!!!

It's official, we lost. U4x4C dominated the contest, due to the tireless efforts of Ron and Mary at EJS and the determined actions of Brain (badcop) and his wife Charity at the Offroad Expo. Those 4 people at 2 events got more points for their club than RME has total.

U4x4C, you can thank Ron, Mary, Brian and Charity for around 1200 of your points. Without them you would have had just a little more than our 3rd place club.... so make sure to thank them for what they did.

I am happy for all the new, renewed, and new business members. That's awesome.

BUT!!! I have to say again that I"m almost disgusted that more people aren't involved. No... wait. I AM disgusted that more people aren't involved!

If any of you are reading this thinking "Someone else will do it", well, I'm one of those "other people" and I'm not some land-access Superman. None of us are, which is why we need your help!!! It's only TEN DOLLARS!!!! SPEND IT ON SOMETHING WORTHWHILE!!!!!

anyway. It's apathy that is going to KILL the freedom we're enjoying right now. :(

On mothers day we took my parents to Red Rock in Park City.

When we parked I noticed a Pretty nicely built Suzuki...Lift, swampers, winch...the works.

When we left he was getting ready to leave and he had a group around him and was bragging about it. I asked him if he wheeled regularly and he said "yes" I had noticed a bunch of stickers on his rig but failed to notice a U4WDA sticker. I then asked him if he was a member. HE replied and this is a quote "Nope, I actually used to sit on the board but haven't given it much thought lately" and drove off

This guy dumps thousands into his rig but can't donate $50 to the U4??:rolleyes:

Really if most these guys would join the discounts alone would more than pay for the donation

I personally talked with many ATVers and hunters and they all agree something needs to be done, but very very few signed up. Maybe just ONE that I know of. But they are ALL affected too.

EDIT: weird though---- the majority of Tooele members (not that there's many...) are on either Newmark or Broadway. Strange!!!

Should be on the list. Signed up when I renewed my membership through the other club... But you won't find me under phatfoto...

And I'm not on Newmark or Broadway.

Last list I have is from March, so.... :D but wait, you're not on the lapsed members list I have either!

Roger's info would have been submitted in a group from U4x4C. We have an option to buy an Elite/U4WDA membership there. That's how he and his son signed up. It was probably turned in mid April I believe as we were a little behind. Probably with about 10 or so other members at the same time. I've seen proof through our paypal account that they both signed up.

Whether or not that Brian dork turned them in is another thing!:D
