my buddy spent a month their last summer. he really liked it, but it sounded like it would suck in the winter.

Work. The European branch of my employer is launching a call center for German and french lauguage support over there.
They don't have the best process or structure in Europe right now, and have asked me to help them make their center work.

I'm curious how the people react to Americans. Does your buddy speak the native language, or any euro languages? I remember enough german to get in a fight, but thats about it.
