so I've been sequestered in central NY with a variety of vehicular issues.. during which time I have been having lunch with my mom at the local Chinese buffet, which rocks: sushi, salmon, mmm good. So I've been eating either salmon with rice, some sushi, and chocolate pudding, or pizza for lunch, and a variety of meats and pies for dinner HAHAHAH

anyway it's turning my guts into an enormous, burbling reservoir of eye-blistering, stomach-turning, room-tainting noxious gases that are threatening to make staying here unpleasant!

so don't eat fish and rice for days straight. It is a gastrointestinal horrow show!!!
