Rusted's 82 Scrambler

Owners Name & City-
Keith, Sandy Utah

Make, Model & Year of Vehicle-
82 Jeep Scrambler

Engine-
Chevy 350

Transmission-
700r4

T-Case-
Dana 300 (still needs lower gears)

Axles-
Scout D400 4.56 gears, detriot lockers front and rear

Suspension-
4" lift, outboarded springs. Very simple

Wheels and Tires-
35" BFG Mud Terrains

Winch-

Favorite Trails-
The I-15 trail gets visited often. Lots of Moab trails that are kids and family friendly

Other-
Purchased from Truk who had it for years before me. I plan on keeping it clean and simple. Street legal and a fun trail rig. Sooner than later I need to build a rear cage to protect the kids in the back, and some rear fender protection from the rocks. It also needs some lower gears in the transfer case. It can stay a work in progress, but it will stay multi purpose.

Flat towing it home from Moab I parked it on a scale. With no people plus spare tire, cooler that was half full of ice, half tank of fuel and a toat with some recovery gear it came to 3720# I need to remember that option so when I start addinig to it i know what really was effected.

I picked up a soft top for it today and a old rear seat so the kids can go for rides now too.
