RZR/SXS people I need your help (gasp!)

How are stock sxs seats? I’m looking for something cheap and easy to put in the back of my XJ buggy thing. I made mounts for car seats but my kids are growing and a more permanent-ish solution would be cool. Info I’m looking for are if the mounts are decent, if the seats are sturdy etc etc

Seats like these below pop up for sale pretty cheap quite often and seem like they would work well. No harness holes isn’t a big deal as I’d consider just doing some generic lap belts anyways. I did notice that Can-am seats tend to include harnesses but the mounts also look kinda janky to use in a universal setting.

I’ve had plastic “racing” seats in said Jeep for about a decade. I actually just replaced one with the same plastic seat and didn’t upgrade.

So I’m right there with ya, bro 🤣

I had them in a rig for a minute.
They worked fine for my skinny butt. I used upholstery paint so they looked less like power ranger seats.

My brother installed some cheap boat seats in the back of his Jeep. It was pretty slick. They folded in half and were decently comfortable. May not be your cup o tea if you’re looking for a headrest though.
