Going rate is $50 for a safety "skip" and $75 if they have they have to hook up someone elses vehicle for the emissions test too. Oh yeah, you'll need to dress like a cop, after-all officers never do sting operation when in uniform, its their way of knowing your legit. You don't have to go all out, I usually just wear an old boy scout uniform, Dickies pants and a fake badge from Walmart. They get the drift. Good luck!
