Sandblasting?

I've got a roof rack and Trailready bumper that have developed some cancer spots. Anyone suggest a shop that can sandblast these down to bare metal so I may get them re-powdercoated? Also, any estimate on what it might cost?

Also, the roof rack has left some rust stains on my paint. Anyone know of anything that will take off the stains without stripping or destroying my paint?
