I've used www.mapquest.com to get maps on their locations. I have one that is around the corner from me and several houses up . Not cool. I'll be passing out fliers to my neighbors around me with all the info on it.

I am glad this website is avalible and I check it often. I have small kids and want to protect them. Personally I am more worried about the offenders that are not on the website.

Yeah, that would be just asking for trouble.... then if anyone did decide to take it into their own hands, you could be charged I'm sure. They would probably say that your maps were suggestive...

There is a guy on the website that used to be the drummer for my band. I know he was dating a 15 year old and they pressed charges on him but the description says forcible sex of a child . I know he was convicted of stagitory for her being so young but that is a wierd description.

I found out that there is one right next door to me. Very nice guy. His was 12 years ago, and it was aggravated sexual assault (nothing with kids/minors) but we have never been worried about him.

Some people read too much into my posts. When you go into a certain offender listings it has a full address right friggin there. The maps are just so I know how actually close these b-turds are to me. Since there's about 2.5 kids per home under the age of 10 in my area, this actually very good info to give to my neighbors, (4 of them). So no one needs to get their undies in a bunch at what I'm doing. I'm not harassing any of these individuals or suggesting it.

well that just blows, found out that there are three of them within a stones throw of my new home.

All offenses are with female minors and my daughter is 12, guess who will be educating the neighbors as they have a 13 year old, my daughter as well will be hearing about this.

No maps of course however the information is public and I will only print out what is on the site as well as instructions on how to utilize the search features.

There is like 59 of them here in Tooele County. Only 2 in Stansbury according to this list. We do know of another one this is trying to move into the area. There is a lawyer working on preventing it I beleive.

I know three personally in my area. One I went to high school with, last I had heard was that he was a male stripper, which was his goal in school. Another was in my single's ward, but he's not all there mentally (neither is his entire family) and growing up it was a rumor that his sister's teen pregnancy was due to him. Again, rumor. And lastly, another guy was in my ward when I was a teenager. Really nice guy, I never would've guessed...
