35 in riverton :eek: :eek: :eek: just found out having a little boy and most of them are offenses with male/minors. -_- wtf is wrong with people :confused: i'm in the same boat as most of you birthcontrol past up my neighborhood. so it is bullch!t that they can live so close to potential victims...thats all. :ugh:

That site does NOT list the largest group of sexual offenders. Those under 18.
There are more out there than you care to know! South end of the valley is the highest concentration....
Beware of your nieghbors....

Even more scarey thoughts....
There have been many studies of convicted sex offenders with some real scarey findings....the findings vary, but even the conservitive estimates/findings are bad.
For every one conviction/victim there are 3-10 other victims.
Adult offenders have a 70-90% recidivism rate. (some are not caught again, but they still do it)
The pervailing train of thought is the an adult sex offender is never "cured." They can be taught skills to control themself, but will always have the urge to offend.
Every victim of a child sex offense is at VERY high risk to become an offender.
Think if one offender has had only 3 victims (highly likely most have many more), 2 of those offend, now 6 more victims, 4 of those offend, now 12 victims, 10 of those, now 30.........

Luckily, the work with juvenile offenders is much more promising. The younger they receive treatment, the better the out come and less likely they will continue to offend.

Under 16 is considered a child it the perp is over 18. A child can NOT give consent therefore forcable!

It's my opinion that all rapists and child molesters ought to be killed. Their crimes continue waaaaay forward in their victim's lives, screws them up good. The figures on how many times they get away with it before being caught aggravate me, it's a SHAME that these f**ks get to live.

I totally agree. Their crimes affect not only the victim but the victim's family, friends, employers, etc. While we're at it, we should remove the criminal's brain and study it.

I got one right down the street and my 6 year old would have to walk right by his house if she walked to school. Trust me I'm watching the Fawker he's the one on 84118 on thunderbird way.
