Self Recovery?

Does anyone know if you can attempt a self recovery against the clock if you happen to roll at OSRC? The rules don't specify one way or the other, so I wanted to ask and see.

Sure. It's just you and your spotter, and what you have in the vehicle to work with.

If I remember correctly, if you use your winch there are penalty points for that. Otherwise you can use anything in your vehicle (is there a "tool" penalty still or does that apply during "repair" time?). I will know the rules again before next week
