I'm finally wrapping up the insulation and OSB install inside my shop. I have a couple things to sell:

HF Franklin Drywall lift (used minimally - like new), retail is $250, will sell to RME for $65 (https://www.harborfreight.com/150-lb-capacity-drywall-panel-hoist-58307.html). Worked well for lifting sheets of OSB.



I also have a complete roll of Lowes house wrap (unopened) (https://www.lowes.com/pd/Lowe-s-9-ft-x-150-ft-House-Wrap/1000203325) - (they don't accept returns over 90 days); retails for $115, for RME I'll take $20.
