Shortest wheelbase rig to make Upper Helldorado waterfall (unassisted?)

Adam Tolman I believe did it unassisted in a FJ40 sprung under on 37s. I think it was about 92... Pretty impressive. There is a photo somewhere if I can find it..

I know the pic you are talking about, I think...I thought he was on the cable? No disrespect to him and his rig by no means, but that is not the kind of rig I envision making that wall unassisted, (if memory serves me it was really tall and short) That rig was way too pretty to take a chance of failing there. If he did, then  to him!

100% positive Adam was on the winch, choke half pulled to keep it from flooding and sitting back wondering what the heck he was thinking :D

I climbed it in nov & Im still running a 22re. I did need a squirt of nitrous though. I tried it a couple times with out the NOS, I think I could have made it if I ran 38" tires. the 42's take a bit more motor to turn them.

thats what I want to hear!!!

I would LOVE to make it with my 37's and 22re. gotta finish the cage though.

There was a video of a spidertrax buggy on POR years ago that did it the year it rained so hard, and I want to say it was real short--like 96" or something. Manual tranny, 4 banger, weighed like 2200 lbs.

didn't Scrapper make it up? Wasn't that rig something stupid like 92"?

The 92" rig, I'm guessing this was a lightweight buggy??? Rig details?

I thought it was taller last spring than it was 6 years ago. More washed out at the bottom. Just better built rigs and more balls.
