UNSTUCK
But stuck more often.
My work is selling one of their old trucks. I can pick it up for $2000. Its a 2002 f350 srw. Four door Lariat (or whatever it is called) Leather, heated seats ect....
Anyways, it has 250k on it. The bed was damaged so they put on a flat bed with small toolboxes down each side, which I didn't care for at first, but it's really growing on me now. It's all set up for a gooseneck or bumper pull with a brake controller and such.
The leather is showing wear, but is not cracked all the way through yet. The rear seat is pretty good. Over all the inside is in good shape.
The batteries are dead so I haven't ran it. I'm going to try to start it tomorrow. I'm just wondering what I can expect out of it? As a rule Im a Chevy guy so I'm going out on a limb here. I have no idea how it was cared for, but I'd guess not as well as I'd like. I checked KBB and the trade in was like $10k so I thought I'd already be money ahead.
What are your thoughts? Is there a general rule as to how long they will last? Maybe another 50k? If it would last two years that would be great.
