Side wall patch?

As you can see from the pics it is only about 2" long and 2" from the bead. I think that a patch and some weld on bead locks should hold?

Jacks Tire & Oil sucks... (Myself and Ben Hanks worked for them at the Orem store a long time ago... )

Honestly, they could probably fix it if you convince them to. Go to the Truck department and ask them to put a boot in it. I'd be concerned about the forces that area of the tire is going to take off-road, especially when aired down. There's a reason the tire failed there. Have you called Interco yet?

The nice thing about the bead locks, if it does go on you... you can keep driving it

Found these guys http://www.innerairlock.com that will build me a 15"X15" inner bead lock. My hope is that with a good patch and the internal bead lock pushing against the patch, that it will hold. Then I get my bead locks and tire. What do ya think?
