The letter is in the mail. Lets just say that I'm glad I'm not receiving this letter:eek: The letter does state that I will tow, I will be placing a barrier between us, there are signs going up and we will be seeking legal advise as to our rights. Fawkers this morning once again cut through my yard.

The driveway is 200 feet long and 20 feet wide. If this doesn't do the trick I will look at electric gates. For now, I will do the fence posts and cable, that was a good idea.

Put it on the property line. No sense in taking up your yard. Then send them a bill for half of it. Call it a community fence! Fawkers.... Pay to have it done, that way you get all of the benefit and a reciept. If you do it yourself, your labor means nothing and could be considered donated. They could also say you didn't do it right, and not pay. If it's professional, then they have nothing to say but where do I send the check.

Fence is the best idea. If you tow them or in some other way cost them money they will most likely cost you some money when you aren't home.

Do they drive cars or lifted trucks? You could install a tall curb that your kids bikes can roll over but a car would smack their bumper then get high centered if the idiot tried to drive over it.

Shawn shouldn't do anything of the sort. Signage, then legal action. The burden should be on the offender.

Some sort of wall/fence is a matter of Sean's personal satisfaction. That's pretty blatant disrespect, what they're doing. I'd want them blocked from view. LOL

I know some people who engineered some. They work for the government. Theirs can stop semis at 60mph though, might be overkill.
