Nope, it's one of the original style sye's done before companies were having custom housings cast. Using a 241 mainshaft and a 231 HD dodge tail housing with a machined bearing retainer/seal housing.
JB, MIT, AF4WDS, Beach, and others did it this way....8-9 years ago.
Actually a very strong way to do it.
