Small air compressor

I'm in the market for a small air compressor. My house doesn't have a garage, so I"m pretty limited as far as size is concerned. The main uses would be running a finish nailer and air up tires. Here are my top two considerations.

I like the price of the craftsman better, but the size of the porter-cable would be nice. Does anyone have any thoughts?

If it was me I would just get the Craftsman. Had one like it for years!

that porter cable is cheaper at home depot by like 20 bucks. I have never had a pancake style compressor. I have just had the twin stack. I have a senco and it is great. I have thought about getting rid of it fora bigger garage type unit since I don't do much finish work anymore.
