I have a old 4core Mepco CJ conversion radiator. It has a small leak that I am sure could be fixed for cheap. Free if you want it.

I had Jakes radiator braze new ports onto my stock brass radiator. I've not even once gotten close to over heating it.
Jake is very very reasonable and fast. like 1 day fast.
Aluminum is the buzzword and you can make them lighter... blah blah blah,
but brass has better heat transfer

Aluminum is a better heat conductor than brass is. Copper is better than AL, but I'm not sure which parts of a copper/brass radiator are actually copper.

Agreed, Jake has helped me as well.

UNSTUCK

But stuck more often.
With a small block, you can run a three core stock radiator all day long, even without a fan shroud. If you are going to buy a nicer one I would go with Summit cheapies. Now if you had an LS motor, which runs way hotter, then I would say spend the money on a Ron Davis or equivalent.
