That ready welder is pretty sweet! If you knew how to weld it might even work better! :p

Everything on my truck was welded by me. This is the first weld to come apart. How much of your rig was not bolted on? Welded by you? :p

are those fox airshox i see with leafsprings ??? how do they work compared to regular shocks if they are fox airs ?

Yup, so far they're working out well. As for comparing to regular shocks, I couldn't say- I've never had shocks on this truck before. :D

I used Airshox because the truck had the typical 'Yota lean. It leaned nearly 2 inches toward the pass. side. The Airshox leveled it out nicely.

I haven't done mineral basin yet. How would that be for a night run? I could only do it on thanksgiving or some random night.

You might as well replace it while your in there...What is it, $20 for the bearing and race? Or like $9 for just the bearing.

I'll probably go ahead and order up some Alloy USA axles, 30 spline. Did you want to go in and get a pair as well? With both of us buying them, I should be able to get 'em pretty cheap and cut down on the freight as well...

Yeah, that would be cool! I wanted to get the 30-spline also. I was checking out prices on 4x4groupbuy.com. PM or e-mail me with what info you'll need from me for the shafts.
-Thanks ;)

I was refferring to the weld you were doing right on the trail...On 12 volts that welder wasn't doing very good... Not the fact that one of your welds came apart. Bad joke went wrong :p :D

Everything has been bolted on and or welded by me, whatever the case may be....:p -_-

I will! I'm working on getting set up as a dealer (have been for about 2 weeks now), but their fax machine doesn't pick up and I haven't been persistent enough on it to call them on it. Now I have incentive! :D

I took my rig apart this morning, and it did bust the drivers side axle - right at the end of the splines and now I can't get the splined portion out of the differential. So I took apart the other side to see if I could knock it through (I don't want to take my diff out if I can help it). No luck... But when I took it apart, I noticed that one is getting close to going south also....The splines are already twisted almost a full spline over. Sooooo.... Rip the diff out today after breakfast, get the rest of it out, and inspect everything. Maybe put a mini install kit in (bearings and seals) while I have it all apart.

I'll call them in the morning and get everything going and coming for both our rigs...

Got it all apart (differential, too).... Took out the drivers axle and twisted the splines up on the passenger axle. It also took out my diff bearings on the passenger side. I just finished up putting a mini install kit in and then next week (hopefully) will be the alloy axles. Oh, it also broke the locker engagement sensor... I also have a big dent in my oil pan and a busted rock light. I would bet those were done when I backed off eagles nest.....
edit: Come to find out I have 4.56 gears and not 4.10's... I thought 4.56's were only in automatics?
