I'll be running Snakes this Saturday with some buddies. My rig isn't big enough for constrictor, so I'll just be doing rattlesnake. Anyone else want to join us?

Meet at the 4-corners Chevron at 12:00 Noon.

Yup, I'm running 35's now. The only rubbage is on my washer bottle reservoir. But I cut the crap out of my floorboards. If you ever need help tubbing the firewall, i'd be happy to help.

My buddies and I will be out there also , were leaving around 10. We have never run these trails before, is constrictor to hard for a rig on 35's???

ive got the kid who came up forest lake with us in the green 4runner like mine, coming again, and also a friend of mine in an 83 pickup is heading out there around 10 tho he said... maybe we will see him haha. im ready, trimmed the bumper so more, i hope its enough. Im running the skinnys so I dont rub in the front the IFS wont allow it! haha so i dont have to tub the firewall but i apreciate the offer!

Bummer you can't meet up with us at 12, it'd be lots of fun. I imagine you can do most of constrictor on 35's. Are you locked front and rear? The last part of constrictor requires a winch (it's a 6-foot wall, aka the eagle's nest).

Ya, I'm locked F/R. I always thought that the Eagles nest was a bypassable obstacle, now you have got me worried............
I don't have a winch, hope one of us makes it up to pull the rest.

If the rock stack hwy is still at the bottom you should all make it with out a winch. man i wish i could come out for this!!!

well, there's a fire road that goes up to the top of eagle's nest, but you have to bypass the entire constrictor trail to get to it. In the past, I'd just drive up to the nest, then turn around and come back down. It definitely sucks more to go down than up. Are you going with smokincamel? If so, he'll get you up that ledge.

Nope, not going with smokincamel, oh well, if we have to turn around than we will. Who knows maybe my runner will impress me and climb right up.
