got my transmission out and all this stuff came falling out.... then I got the clutch out and I know where it all came from!

you should save all the shavings and put them back in with the new clutch. It'll turn your regular clutch into a high-performance clutch. 
I imagine that's what rick's clutch looked like when he pushed in the clutch pedal and coasted down a hill in 4-lo and 1st.

yep, rats nest, i would not have belived it untill i saw it..... My clutch disk turned into a fan

yep. with all the reduction at the tire end, that turns into multiplication at the clutch end if you coast. it could spin like 10k plus rpms and then boom happens.
