I nominate that Meat help with this procedure. I can vouch for the job skills training they do on this procedure in FFA classes at Lehi High School. I think my teacher considered taking an early retirement after he had to teach that to my class with all the jokes that I provided on the subject....... uh matter.
If you do not decide to go that route, I can vouch for the skills of a Doctor in Moab that does this at a nominal charge. He just asks that the recipient make a donation to one of the charities of their choice in the Moab area.
