There are a few channels that you can order ala carte but I'm unsure if Comedy Central is one of them. I don't think Comedy Central is even in HD right now.

That's what I was thinking too... I don't think it's even broadcasted in HD. Doesn't show up on mine that way, and I have HD.
Yeah, that was hilarious when Stan and Kyle were trying to talk their brother down. Made it look/feel just like it was a second story window. Then the camera comes out and it's just a first floor window. Dang right hilarious!
It was also hilarious when Randy told his boss off.
And what about everyone in the hospital...All the McCain supporters that tried to commit suicide

You talking about the "Mountain Channel" ? Dish doesn't carry it , I hear it all day. I know cable(Comcast) was the only provider for a long time. Direct just recently picked it up. So you could see it coming to Dish possibly. The only thing I can say is when ever you call Dish to pay a bill or for a service call ask about it, request it. The more they get requests the more they look at carrying a channel.

there are some good fights on there. I've been watching that on the oil rigs lately. Never heard of most of those guys, but the fights are sweet.
