When I was in HS some buddies had a VERY tired and multi colored Mazda GLC wagon. Any time they saw a car show, the would pull in and pop the hood, then get out rags and start "polishing" it. It always got some interesting reactions...

Quick Google search says 1J idaho plate is a county designation for Jefferson County. Not sure if thats what others are referencing.
