Yes, that's what I saw and assumed. The parking lot is pretty rough and uneven so I think the other side should have been off the ground too. But the front (rear) axle is very far forward.

I think it’s another guy from Idaho whose name escapes me but the buggy was built by Matt’s spotter Nick Poudrier either way. It’s an interesting chassis design…
