Is there like a way where you can take pictures and upload them on here??? Tacoma world has a thread call TWlive where you take a pic and send it as a email and it uploads to the thread.

It's called add the picture as an attachment. to the right bottom of the reply box you will see a tab that says "advanced". Click on that and it will open up a true reply box. scroll down to "manage attachments". You can upload pictures to there.
