Sterling 10.5 Rear Disks

Anyone know where to get this kit? I have checked out TSM, but as we all know $$$$$$$$$$. I would rather do it as bolt on than weld on.

What year 10.5" is it? I thought (but I am often wrong) that when Ford went from 10.25 to 10.5 they all got discs???

I wasn't positive, I think 97 is the transition year and they didn't get discs...

They also say on that site that E350's had discs in 97 and will swap across. Probably usless info, but that is exactly why I am here.
